4. Liability and Limitations of Service
- Omega Permits, LLC makes every effort to serve clients accurately and efficiently. However, we shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or inability to provide services resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to legal restrictions, governmental actions, technical failures, or resource limitations.
- We shall not be responsible for damages or losses incurred by clients due to denied, delayed, or incomplete services, except where such damages are caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Clients acknowledge that our scope of services may be affected by legal, operational, or resource-based factors, and Omega Permits, LLC is not responsible for third-party actions or decisions influencing permit approval processes.
- Omega Permits LLC, website, platform, Client Portal, and all services are users at least 18 years of age and older. No services shall be offered to (knowingly or otherwise) to any minors (13 years or older), and any liability caused by a minor misrepresenting their age shall indemnify Omega Permits LLC from any and all associated liability.
